Do you know if it’s worth it to evolve copy medals to 7-Star? Like, does evolving them strengthen their copy abilities or?? 🤔🤔

I love that Tumblr no longer notifies me when I get messages. /s

Evolving a copy medal to 7* doesn’t strengthen it’s copy abilities, but it does dramatically increase the base strength.  Because of the high versatility of these medals - especially before and after high multi 7* medals - I definitely think they are worth leveling up to 7*.  But before you spend Blue Fairies on copy medals, make sure you have a good amount of attack medals with high multipliers to copy.  Copy medals have no purpose without good medals to copy.

Now that gold/silver tickets are more and more common, along with the abundance of Prime medals and 7* only medals, copy medals are becoming more and more appealing.  So they are a good investment.

Hope this helps, and sorry for the delay.

How do u get the subslot medals and where do u get the nether waters material to upgrade Olympia

Subslot medals have to be 7 Star.  So either you have to pull from those 7 Star deals or you have to evolve 6 Star medals with Blue Fairy medals.  Right now it’s very hard to max out your subslots, but after a while of amassing 7 Star medals, it’ll be really easy.  Just keep playing. ^_^

I used Mission 318 to get my Nether Waters back in the day.  I don’t know if there’s a better mission now.

Hope this helps!

i just recently started playing khux and i'm all the way to story quest 760 and then there isn't any more? this game updates with more sotry content right? it was getting so good lol

Yep!  The JP version is already up to mission 810.  But the story missions come out so rarely, it’s really a shame. >_< Just keep an eye out every few weeks for new content.  It’ll happen sooner or later. (Hopefully before KH3!)

Hi. Recently I started wondering how often our character talks in khux and googled it, but couldn't find an answer. Do you know which quests that happens in? I think there was 362 and some more?

It happens every so often, but the big one is 555.  675 has a lot too!  I like that the protagonist is mostly silent because it really allow you to connect with them, as if they are you.  But I do love when my character breaks out a crazy speech! :D

Hello! I was hoping to get some advice on the weekly gem quests. I'm level 300 and all my keyblades are past the adamantite orb level and ready for gems. However, I can never defeat the weekly gem quest. I feel I have good medals so it should be easy but it isn't, and I am at a loss for what to do. I don't have kairi ex but I do have guilted kairi 0.2. I know this is a broad question without knowing my setup and each week being different, but what can I do to get stronger?

This is a tough one.  The thing is, those weekly gem quests are really, really hard.  Before Kairi EX, I struggled every week to make sure I got them done.  A lot of them come down to luck and Second Chance procs.  A lot of them have counters you have to work around.  It’s a huge pain in the butt.  Don’t feel discouraged if you can’t do them.

For what you have now, make sure you’re getting maximum debuffs and you’re matching types.  Make sure your keyblades are leveled up.  Fairy Stars and Stroke of Midnight at +35 are amazing and only require 14 gems (per color) each.  It’s like you said - it’s hard to give advice here.  Watch out for counters and plan your hits accordingly.  Make sure you ALWAYS have Second Chance (preferably SC2 or SC3!)

Moving forward, do your dailies every day.  Make sure you’re in a party that completes the weekly ones.  Only pull on banners that are going to improve you.  Be smart about your spending.  KEX and Xion EX are going to be your bread and butter.  A 15 mercy banner for KEX just came out in JP so maybe start saving?  Foretellers had a high drop rate but the Riku Days and Sora Final HD were mercies (I think?) in JP and have higher multipliers.  Donald and Goofy HT Illustrated versions are great too.  We have a lot of strong medals coming up that aren’t based on chance.

I hope this helps!

Where can i get divine rose keyblade? And all other ones? Is it in story mode? Im currently at q300

Great question!  Divine Rose is from story quest #433.

Starlight, Treasure Trove, Lady Luck, Three Wishes, Olympia, Divine Rose, Stroke of Midnight, and Fairy Stars are from Story Mode in that order.

Moogle O’ Glory has its own series of five quests (up on the weekends I think?).  Completing the first one gives you the keyblade.

Sleeping Lion, Counterpoint, Fenrir, Darkgnaw, Missing Ache, and Diamond Dust (coming soon) are from Proud Mode in that order.

Hope that helps!

What the best trait for medals who do less then 3 hits and what best trait for medals who do more then 3 hits

Number of hits isn’t really relevant to the trait system.  For damage medals, the absolute best traits are +1000 Str, -60% Ground Def, and -60% Aerial Def.  This is because it increases the damage done on those medals, especially in Coliseum and other high level enemies.  For buff medals, the best is Extra Attack because you guarantee yourself twice the buffs off one medal.  Other valued alternatives for buff medals are HP and Def to help you survive.  Raid damage is always best for medals you’re going to put Lux Plus skills on.  And +2 Gauges and the 3 resists are just “quality of life” things that aren’t really useful beyond very specific circumstances.

I hope that helps!

Are the current union cross quest 1 star medals worth getting to 6 star and guilted?

The drop rate on the Union x medals are pretty random, if I’m not mistaken.  You don’t really get a choice on which medals you get.  So guilting them might be a little difficult, but it might be worth doing too!

First and foremost, each max guilted medal is 6 Nova levels!  For new players, 19 medals is 114 Nova!  That’s not something you should ignore.

The guilts are Tier 2s and 3s, and the multipliers aren’t that high.  Christmas Sora (with +1 Str, +1 Def) can be a good guilted medal for new players and Classic Donald and Sora & Riku & Meow Wow are pretty nice single target damagers.  Other than that, Young Kairi, Alice & Cheshire Cat, and Judy & Nick can be pretty nice buffs to have but they don’t need to be guilted.

I honestly think these reprint events are great for new players, but the real benefit comes from getting Nova.  You better believe I’m going to be working on max guilting my J&N and Flowbermeow!  But if you’ve been playing this game a while and have some quality guilted T3 medals (like the Org ones or Herc & Phil or anything like that) then these are pretty useless.

Hope that helps!

Whats your party in khux? are you friends or just competative? im in a great party but im always interested in how other people lead there partys!

My party is called Amamizukan!  It started as a group of real-life friends, but after they started doing Top 50 party rewards I began recruiting.  Now we have members from all over the world and a Discord server to keep in touch.  We started channels for Pokemon Go and NSFW content.  Almost everyone has silly, unique titles.  One of my party members makes video tutorials for HSC events and another gets over a billion Lux every crown week.  One flew up to visit last month and another mails me gifts from Disneyland.  A lot of us are trying to get together for an anime convention later this year, even a girl from Sweden!

Honestly, if it wasn’t for my party, I might not even play KHUX anymore.  I consider them some of my best friends.

Are you still making HSC and event guides?

I am!! ^_^

The HSC guides are probably going to fall to the wayside.  They are very competitive, so any advice I give will probably come back to bite me in the butt.  But more than that, HSC guides aren’t really… helpful?  I mean, after one go-through with the event, you know what you’re dealing with.  And the “strategy” is always just “L method and high multiplier”.  It’s pretty pay to win, so guides aren’t worth the trouble.

Event guides are still going to be posted!  I didn’t make one for Axel; I’ve just been very busy all week.  I got a promotion at work, so that’s cutting into a lot of my guide-making time (yes, I usually make guides at work XD).  I’ve been in and out of doctor’s appointments.  And my girlfriend finally quit her job so all my free time is accounted for.

Anyway, I’m very very sorry I haven’t been helpful or attentive to the blog this week but I’ll make it up to you guys soon!  Thanks for all the love and support!
